SDX Consulting was founded by Sally Danton. Sally is a results-driven Programme Management Practitioner & Chief of Staff with extensive experience working closely with multiple Managing Directors, C-Suites and Executive leadership teams to deliver transformative change across high-impact programmes within the transport industry.
Our experience includes working for the UK's largest train operator GTR and more recently at the world renowned Elizabeth line. We are skilled in optimising corporate governance, streamlining business processes, working collaboratively with leaders to shape strategic direction, and enhancing Business Support operations within a regulated sector.
We most recently led the demobilisation of the MTR Elizabeth line concession, from programme initiation through to business transfer in May 2025.
